Our server, Luis, truly impressed us—he was incredibly patient with our group and very attentive, as well as knowledgeable about the menu. Unfortunately, we ordered the queso con chili and three different meals, and all of the food was below average. While the service deserved an A+, the food only rated a C. We are visiting and noticed that there are multiple locations, which came highly recommended to us, but we found the prices to be too high for what we received.
They might as well close at 8:00 on week nights, because the hostess will tell you they're about to close and try to shoo you out 8:00 PM on. In one specific instance, I called a day ahead to let them know I was coming with a group at 8:00 PM. The same hostess literally told me to come earlier or not to come at all. Never experienced this at any other locations, and we've been regulars at Sugar Land and Bunker Hill.
03/29/24: Horrible managers who harassed a single mother who spoke out against them. Don’t eat here and DO NOT work here. This company is horrible. And Aron what goes around comes around. Karma. You will reap what you sow. Shame on you!You all do it to yourselves. With the rude management and the horrible bartender. Poof pow be gone. If it wasn’t for Karla I might never enter that establishment again.
SLOWEST SERVICE AT ANY LUPE TORTILLA BAR NONE. giving for over a decade usually 4 to 6 times per year in other words I know when the thing is not operating the right way and I'm looking at a sea of empty tables and we've been here 30 minutes and we still haven't had chips or water yet. avoid this patronize this business it is the pits. Love Lupe. The original salsa is my favorite thing since sliced bread! Since there’s a new salsa you’ll need to ask for the original and sometimes there’s a minimal charge but it’s so so good. I also love the mahi mahi or the cilantro jalapeno chicken dish.
Solid fajitas and food. I was a little disappointed with the service which is unlike Lupe. It was a Saturday and it was busy but people do not mind waiting if they are met with smiles and joy.
In short, it's not worth it. The food is decent, but nothing extraordinary, and it certainly doesn't justify the high prices. There are other places that offer similar dishes for much less.

I assume they were short staffed. We didn't receive our drink order until our food was delivered. Ofcourse the food was great so can't complain too
