They combine traditional German cooking with international trends and more, and always have loads of veggie and vegan options. Everyone who eats there always has an amazing gastronomic experience that I have not found anywhere else in Bremen. The people in charge have enormous exprierience in cooking the very best food, and never cease to delight the guests with there fantastic creations. Try it - you will love it!
