I have dined at many expensive and highly regarded restaurants around the world, including in China, Hong Kong, San Francisco, Vancouver, and Sydney, all with large and sophisticated Chinese communities. I have also frequented Ken Lo's Memories of China in Victoria, London. Lux II ranks among the best of them, offering incredible value for the price. This is definitely the best Chinese takeout I have ever tried, and I have tried a few. The service is fast and efficient, whether you dine in for lunch or place a takeout order (unfortunately, no delivery available at the moment). The atmosphere is pleasant and inviting for those waiting for their food. The staff is always willing to offer suggestions for your order. Be sure to try the grilled meat dumplings!

I would recommend going to Four Regions in Richmond upon Thames instead of this place. The service here is sloppy and extremely delayed. I suggest dining in at Four Regions for a better experience.

Me and family have been going to this restaurant since I was 6 years old. It’s the best Chinese I’ve ever been too! Amazing service, great food, friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Bright and airy restaurant, great service, wonderful food at a surprisingly low price. Capital spare ribs were really good!
