We just tried this app restaurant. For one first, we are really not disappointed. A menu at 18 € with a mouth-watering (andouille sheet), then a salmon plate, salad and spuma very fresh and light, a duck magret with honey sauce with its winter vegetables, a varied cheese tray and its salad, a slice of cake. everything was very good and very generous in quantity for the price. The service was very good, we really see the desire to do well for beginners, and it's very appreciable. Some waiters in restaurants would be good to go back to school. We'll come back for sure, and we'll advise him for our friends and family.

Third meal in this school. welcome. service at 7:00. Very aright waiter, accompanied by a Russian student on a school trip in Normandy. cappuccino of lentils, egg mullet, bacon: very good entry.Pig carved with very good chorizo. crispy chocolate pralined, pineapple, raspberry sorbet. Praliné/framboise is not a pleasant coordination. possibility to take wine with glass (2.30 euros) for a derisory price. price of the menu 22 euros. conclusion: excellent value/price. renewed in September.

second experience at the application restaurant. well received by the server that does not seem very comfortable. menu of the south-west: lagoese salad, cassoulet, cheese, dessert. correct service despite some misaddresses that made us laugh. good value for money. We learned from friends that it was possible to come to lunch in this hotel high school. I went there yesterday . the unique menu of the brewery is 11,90 e (flat entrance and dessert)...the dishes are homemade mitonnes with fresh products.. the eleve server was very nice...the boxing made it a little too much (it interrupted our conversation to reframe the student, not too professional )... the meal is excellent a relation quality price very honorable.

First experience was great! We forget quickly that in a school setting the restaurant atmosphere quickly puts in place service to small care very good food at all for a very reasonable price respect for these young people and professionals who supervise them! My daughter wants to go back next year if luckily she's accepted I'll confide her eyes closed!
