Really good customer service. They are constantly monitoring the door for who's coming, and immediately check in with you for a reservation. Seating isn't difficult before 9:00 PM, but after that it's mostly reservation.There is outside and inside seating. The TV is usually on soccer matches. The music is nice too. Bathrooms are pretty clean.There is a large variety of hookah, and they give good recommendations. Always replacing the charcoal too.The menu is large and has a lot of options. Savory, sweet, breakfast, lunch, dinner, alcaholic, and non-alcoholic drinks. They have Arak too. I will start with the food. Believe me you wont regret eating there. The filet mignon is very tender. Love it. The Shawarma plate is good. The chicken shish taouk is incredible. The Tabbouli salad is to improve a little. The Fattoush salad dressing is well balanced. I also liked their round rippled fried potatoes. I tried the Fresh Minth lemon juice, i did not taste the minth.Shisha is ??2 thumbs up. It is expensive. But well done. My suggestion is that their ventilation system must be more effecient to air out the place.What i liked about the lounge is that the employees are very nice and accept any remarks. Very respectful. I decided to try this restaurant for the first time since it's near my house, even though I usually drive farther away for dining. I would give it a four-star rating for several reasons. Overall, the food was really good, and the portions were quite satisfying. The only reason I deducted one star is that this is a shisha bar, so if you're not comfortable with smoke, be aware that it's present at every table. I understand that this is part of the restaurant's concept, but I would appreciate it if they could inform guests when they first arrive, so they have the option to choose whether or not to stay in a smoky environment while enjoying their meal.

Delicious food and a fantastic location with available parking. I recommend that guests consider making reservations in advance, especially for busy weeks, as it ensures a better chance of enjoying fresh meals at reasonable prices. I strongly suggest to the owner to treat all patrons as part of a mixed group, as we sometimes face challenges when dining. Overall, this place definitely deserves a five-star rating!
The food quality is definitely up there. Good quality olive oil for the taboulé and the kabab seasoned to perfection. I would have given it a 5 if only the service and the reception were better. I still have a lot of dishes to try so I am going back. Keep it up
one of my favorite restaurants, I went from toronto to laval to try the lylac restaurant lounge again. fantastic eating, shisha and customer service. I strongly recommend this restaurant because they earn five star service I love this place
One of my favorite chilling spots! The food is excellent and the portions are very generous. The shisha and tea are also really good.The staff is very friendly and welcoming.Highly recommended!

I used to really enjoy their Sunday brunch—please bring it back! Covid is over now. The takeout on Uber has been average at best, if not below.
