Lynbrook Pizza Pasta

The owners of this restaurant are appalling and do not deserve to run a business. I witnessed a distressing incident involving an elderly woman who, struggling to walk, sat down in front of the restaurant to rest before heading home. Instead of showing compassion, the owner confronted her and rudely told her never to return. As she tried to leave, the owner continued to berate her, causing a scene that gathered numerous witnesses. This woman, who does not speak English, did not deserve such disrespect. No amount of excuses can ever justify the mistreatment she suffered at the hands of the owner of this pizza shop. It is absolutely unacceptable.

The customer support here was open, but also impatient and overly enthusiastic. I asked the employees if their meat was semi-certified, and they responded that it was only partially certified, but claimed they didn’t require any logos or certificates. The owner seemed to answer my questions but appeared to be dismissive. Additionally, they only accept cash to avoid any scrutiny. Overall, this place definitely raises some concerns.

Go elsewhere.Over the phone I was told $50.90 for the order.At pick-up he says 60.90, I just assumed I had it wrong.Then told no card just cash.Get $5.10 change, when questioned I was told there was an extra $5 charge for gourmet pizza, I did not order any gourmet pizza!A greedy arrogant owner!

Just wondering why the price discrepancy with deal 4 $60.90) jumps $18 for one extra pizza to deal 5 $78.90) but deal 6 is $89.90) a jump of $11 yet a large pizza is $13.90.Seems someone made a typo in deal 5.Also cash only is a major annoyance. Reserva una mesa ahora
