Run, don't walk, to Lynon's! Aside from Craig's Kitchen in Vernon, this is the best soul food I've had in state. Everything was delicious. I ordered the fried whiting, Mac and cheese, collard greens, candied yams, and sweet potato pie. All for $30. The food did take about 40 minutes so order ahead if you want pickup. The Wings and Mac restaurant was excellent, with well-seasoned dishes that left me eager to try everything else on the menu. The service was quick for a take-out order, and the meal was perfect for dinner. The price per person was reasonable, ranging from $10 to $20. I would rate the food and service a 4 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Fried Chicken Wings, Mac and Cheese, and Potato Salad.
