I absolutely loved this place. The country store and all of the wall pictures were very inspiring to me since I lost my Dad 5 months ago and was his full time 24/7 caregiver. The waitresses were all so nice and treated all customers like family. The owner was very nice and rang up my purchases at their store. Her customer service skills and warmth made my experience end on a high level. I can't count how many breakfast restaurants I have been to in my life time and this restaurant and staff and owner were the ABSOLUTE BEST I have ever experienced. Bravo to you all!!!! Took Mom to ML Shaws this morning after reading a bad review about another place in Dracut. Food was fine, place was fine but the waitress left much to be desired. I even murmmered to Mom that 'I just wish she was in a better mood. ' That was overheard and repeated and made things worse. She ignored my mom when she was ordering and acted insulted when Mom repeated the order and seemed very put upon when I asked for another napkin to wipe up the coffee She had spilled. What made it insulting was seeing her act so pleasant to the people sitting behind Mom. Now the check. We ordered the same thing but she a la carted my order and charged more. Been here multiple times and never disappoint.. last few times we had Kyra (not sure of the spelling) as our server and she's amazing. The atmosphere is almost like you are in a country store and a diner at the same time.
