This is a traditional deli operated by a husband-and-wife duo, and they're refreshingly transparent about what's worth trying and what isn't. I've even been playfully reprimanded a few times—it's all part of the fun! The sandwiches are huge, so be ready for that. The mozzarella they serve is outstanding, and they even supply it to a local salad shop called Alfalfa’s. The chicken parmigiana sandwich is both enormous and scrumptious. They once catered a party for us, creating a platter with an assortment of sandwiches, and everyone absolutely loved them!

Everything about this place is great. They have high quality deli meats that are loaded up into huge sandwiches that are prepared with care. Everyone is so fun and friendly here and you end up getting enough food for at least two meals out of one sandwich. They have a good selection of drinks and snacks to pair with your meal. They are cash-only, but there is an ATM in the store. This is my new favorite deli.

I visited New Jersey this weekend and couldn't resist trying this place after hearing all the hype about their sandwiches. I have to say, it was the best sandwich I've ever had! The service was outstanding, and the owner did a fantastic job handling our large group. This restaurant has definitely become my go-to for quick, delicious food, so be sure to come hungry!

This is my favorite Italian deli in Hoboken! While there are several other excellent options, this is the original place for fresh mozzarella. The bread is always fresh, and the meats are sliced to order. If you speak Italian, you might just get a discount—just kidding! One of the only remaining Italian delis in Hoboken. Their mutz is the best!!!Service is great too, it's always nice to have a conversation while they're making my sandwiches.also the sandwiches are GIGANTIC!!! you'll have leftovers for at least 1 more meal, if not more!

I always have a great time at this restaurant, which is just a quick trip from NYC. Their sandwiches are absolutely amazing, and my personal favorite is the Fresh Mozzarella! Overall, I would rate the food a perfect 5 out of 5.

I ordered a prosciutto and mozzarella sandwich with hot peppers, and the ingredients were incredibly fresh. The hot peppers added a great flavor. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a tasty Italian sandwich!

The best sandwiches ever...and I've been eating them since 1988! We no longer live in Hoboken, but take special trips there from Brooklyn to stock up on fresh mozzarella and get sandwiches! Reserva una mesa ahora

I can't even express how amazing this place is. The mozzarella is made fresh on-site and is truly exceptional. The bread complements the entire experience perfectly. Food rating: 5/5.
