the food here is spectacular. very fresh and the presentation is really beautiful. service is excellent and the staff is knowledgeable and accommodation. Atmosphere for me is not so great. VERY LOUD, so it's difficult to enjoy conversation at your own table. also, it's like eating in a refrigerator no matter the season. in the winter they cheap it on the heat and in the summer they freeze you out with over air conditioning. probably trying to keep the kitchen staff cool at the expense of the customers. but i keep an extra jacket in the car because i'm never going to stop enjoying the awesome food. highly recommend
I consistently order the spicy garlic edamame and deep-fried gyoza, and both dishes are always spot on. My favorite roll is the "To Die For" because it's unique—it features apples and lemon bits along with fish, tempura shrimp, avocado, and various special flavors that I can only find at this restaurant. Be sure to try the deep-fried cheesecake; even though I'm not a cheesecake fan, this one is truly exceptional. The server is attentive and doesn’t let my water glass stay empty for long. The atmosphere is lively and a bit loud, but it's all part of the experience.

I absolutely adore M SUSHI! There's really nothing else happening in Lodi except for this gem. I visit Lodi exclusively for M SUSHI. This time, I ordered the stir-fried seafood udon, along with hamachi, amberjack, tamago, and eel nigiri. And of course, I couldn't resist getting a Hudson Delight as well. The service is consistently outstanding; the waitstaff is always courteous and friendly. I truly love this place!

Listen closely to what I have to say about this restaurant. It's just as fantastic as any sushi place you’d come across on Ventura Blvd in L.A., back in the day! Make sure you don’t miss these dishes: Garlic Noodles, Spicy Miso Ramen (with pork belly), Real Crab Hand Roll, Eel Avocado Hand Roll, and the Beef Teriyaki Bento lunch. Every visit is filled with so much deliciousness!
