une formation très complète sur la confection de pizza de A à Z, les fournisseur, le matériel etc.... Florent est un excellent formateur qui connaît parfaitement le metier et tres bon pédagogue. Nous somme ravi de pouvoir servir de bonnes pizza de qualité à nos clients grâce à ton enseignement. vraiment merci
