Mac Donald’s - Reserva de mesa

Tonight with an order of about 80 euros for a small family meal, back home, bad surprise there is a sandwich. So back to the restaurant where the manager dares to tell me that the least thing would have been to come back with the whole order... but who cares? The least thing would have been to serve me correctly and in its integrality. I say correctly because the ice was made immediately we found that the ice had become soup. Results I got the missing sandwich and also new ice creams but I ate alone and cold. The manager's reaction remains to me through the throat

We go there on Friday night regularly...but for a few weeks it's worse and worse... fries are cold, tables are dirty, trash cans are overflowing. Yesterday the floor of the kitchen was filled with paper,... and longer waiting to be served.. We're gonna change places...
