Mac Donald's - Reserva de mesa

We arrived at our hotel near Beaune much later than anticipated due to congestion on the motorway. We were unable to get a restaurant booking and we were really hungry so we decided to have a McDonald 's and go to bed. What followed was incredible. We sat outside to avoid the chaos inside. First thing was the orders were wrong and my husband 's had to be changed. As I was eating mine I came across a long hair embedded in the burger. My husband took the burger back to the counter only to be met with total indifference and an accusation that we had planted the hair so ourselves! His meal was now stone cold and mine inedible. Food was ok, I mean it’s McDonald’s. The service was terrible, it took over half an hour to get our full order. When we tried to communicate with the staff in English they just shrugged. It was clear they had no overview of anything. There were around 20 drinks in the kitchen and none of them were getting delivered.

served very quickly, places of spread. the friendship of the team. I loved this macdo located 300 meters from the first class and campanile. frankly, I don't understand the dominant opinions abolished, that's all the opposite! Go in the eyes closed, there is no worries and then there is a quality macdo:

we went to this establishment and the service was fast and uncomplicated but on the other hand we don’t understand why we have to wear a mask when some people cross the store and order in front of the reception without a mask! We have stayed over at Beaune on our drive down to and back from the South for the past 3 years and stop of here for our meals. It is clean and the service is first-class. We will be back again this year!

Nice little place, very attractive inside, Most McD's are in France, and food is better quality than in the states as well. I do not like the self order kiosk, lazy of them, and not faster for us.

Incompetent staff, garbage cans and toilets in a deplorable state. I absolutely do not recommend it, there is a burger king a few miles away, you will be better welcomed there!

What a pity, empty restaurant and 25’ waiting for prepaid machine ... no comment frozen raw Deluxe potatoes and no more bubbles in beverages prepared 20’ before meal served!!! Reserva una mesa ahora

Horrible , we had to wait for 30 min for 3 hamburgers and a happy meal , a family next to us waited for 40 min for their meal. Awful .

Meals were cold. Staff can not follow. McDonald’s in France seem to suffer all from the same poor management skills.
