I was here twice with my family and had a great experience every time. On a Friday afternoon when the restaurant was not very busy, but welcomed and received a menu immediately. Our server was super nice and friendly and the food came fast! The first time we ate here, we ordered the Build Your Own Mac (less with Grazianos sausage and mushrooms) with their Pub Pretzel Stick, along with their Hot Ham Mac and Cheese (Texas Toast, American Cheese, Ham, and Mac and Cheese) with the Onion Tanglers (ion rings). On our second visit, I once again went for the Build Your Own Mac, this time adding brisket (available on Fridays) along with blue cheese and broccoli. I couldn't resist ordering the Pub Pretzel as my side again, and it was just as fantastic as before! The brisket added a delightful crispness that enhanced the texture and smoky flavor of the dish. We also tried the Pulled Pork Sandwich, which was excellent, resulting in an empty plate by the end. Overall, this restaurant is likely to become one of our family's favorites!

The Mac Shack has good Mac and cheese, and you can get it in almost any category, from appetizers to burgers and sandwiches to pizza (not salad though). There's plenty of other options too, all of which sound good and taste great. I got the Wisconsin cheese curd burger, and it was gooey and just right. The Mac and cheese was garlicky and had a couple different kinds of cheese. Food and service can take a while, but there's plenty of TVs to watch and arcade games to play

This is the best burger I have ever had! It was huge and cooked perfectly. It had lots of cheese and the cheese curds were amazing, along with bacon and other delicious toppings...simply delicious! This was our first time here and we enjoyed it. The burgers and Mac and cheese are delicious. We tried the hot ham Mac and cheese sandwich and liked it. I appreciate that they give the possibility of the cottage cheese as a side instead of pommes. We would definitely come back while in the area.

The food is great but the service is not the best. The staff is very polite but it just seems to take awhile for them to get our food ordered and they are not very prompt at drink refills.. i can't entirely blame the staff though because it seems like they are understaffed.

The restaurant wasn't very crowded during lunch on a Tuesday, so we didn't have to wait long to order and receive our meal. We both tried their club sandwich, which was deliciously prepared. The fries were also excellent. We definitely plan to come back.

The variety of food offered was outstanding, and the prices were quite fair. Although the service was a bit slow, I would be open to giving them another chance.

It was a lovely place for a relaxing lunch. The seasoned fries were excellent, but the burgers could use some improvement.
