The host said there was a gluten-free menu, but he did not give me one. The server said to ask the host. There is no gluten free menu. However, the server was able to bring me a list of menu items and their allergens. From there, I attempted to create a meal that was gluten free. The server told me I could only order from the menu. Clearly, this was not going to work. She did say there was gluten-free pasta. And, she asked the chef about some meals on the menu that were listed as containing wheat. But the chef confirmed he could make them gluten free. I had one of those, and felt fine afterwards. It took a while to get there, but a gluten-free meal is possible.
