The rooms with sea views have been renovated. Very disappointed to discover that these rooms are only for 2 people! On the other hand, the rooms with mountain views, although correct, all are not remade to nine, have disappointed us because there is not really sight. There is a 2m high earth wall, making the room dark. Only 1bedroom has a small practical terrace even to dry beach business! For the restoration, a shame that the hotel does not offer at least one cold plate. Breakf...
Hotel proposed by a pleasant operator of the tourist office of Bastia. We had a great welcome by Jean-Marc, the owner. Very spacious room, quiet, clear, clean where everything is there, even a large terrace equipped with deckchairs, small table...and we had an exceptional view of the mountain and the sea 200 m away. Small deg and dinner at the top in a very family atmosphere, simple and chichi-free and at the key, Corsica evening. To advise all those who love good, beautiful, simple and true. The 'macchia e mare is very well located, the beach is nearby.The reception is very warm, it must be said that its owner jean-marc , is in small care for its guests, it is good advice to tell you places not to miss. Concerning the rooms, they are very comfortable and very clean. Zohra the cook has the gift of putting us small simple dishes, but excellent. I don't want to forget Mikaella, the waitress and room wife, always smiling very nice. I think I said the main, but the best thing is to check for yourself, you won't be disappointed.

The restaurant has a beautiful view of the marina of Pietracorbara. The food is simple but well cooked. There is a menu set in the evening but if something doesn't suit you they replace it very easily.
Beautiful experience, excellent enter, perfect cooking, very good sauce, Tasty fruit salad with good fruit. The reception is also very pleasant. I strongly advise!
