I've never seen a food truck operate so efficiently, ensuring that orders are prepared quickly while maintaining the highest quality food. Last night, the food truck was parked at Olentangy River Brewing, and I enjoyed a fantastic burrito bowl with added shrimp and guacamole. It cost a total of $15, and it was definitely worth it. I would definitely order it again. They also have churro ice cream desserts that I plan to try next time. The service was friendly too!
The food felt a bit overpriced. My chicken taco was delicious, but my daughter's birria tacos were excessively loaded with onions. My husband wasn't fond of the enchilada. On the bright side, the rice was good. The restaurant was very busy, and we had to wait 20 minutes for a server after being seated.

I've been visiting Machete for years, and it truly serves the best authentic tacos in town. For dinner, you can expect to spend between $10 and $20 per person. The food is a solid 5 out of 5, and the service is equally outstanding, also a 5 out of 5.
