Lots of selection. Easy to buy, put in the freezer and take out what you need. I went in right before they were expecting a shipment to restock so the cooler shelves were about half stocked but there was still enough to choose from. A small selection of dry goods and condiments were available. On the higher end of what I'd pay for pre-prepped meals. It's certainly not the same cost if you prepped your own meals in advance but they are convenient.

I had a disappointing experience during my visit because an employee wasn't wearing a mask. When I arrived, he didn’t put on his mask until after greeting me and finishing what he was doing. I'm now considering other options for ready meals. Just to clarify, I used to buy around 10-12 meals a month from this place.

I enjoyed these dinners very much. Unfortunately, they were very spicy and required a lot of drinks of water while eating. Is there a chance they can be ordered without the heavy, hot spices?

Wonderful, well balanced, healthy meals! My son lives alone and hates cooking. Shopping and cooking for one makes for a lot of waste. Macro Foods has been a lifesaver for him :

Perfect fast healthy meals to grab so you can stay away from fast food. I stop in too when I don't feel like meal prepping for a few days. So convenient and food tastes great!
