Place: a food truck located right next to Kelvingrove Museum, so you can have a great view when eating your gyros. Food: You can have your gyros pita with pork chicken or mixed (all of them cost £6.9), I had the mixed. It's very simple with original Greek pita bread, tzatziki, tomato, onion and fries. Overall it tasted good, a little bit dry to my taste and the meat could have been more flavourful, but generally speaking I enjoyed it. ‍ Service: the girls are super sweet and make the order very quickly. I absolutely adore Mactassos! I come here at least once a week, and it never loses its charm. The £4.50 student discount on a gyros, combined with the welcoming staff, makes each visit even more enjoyable. Whether you're local or willing to travel, I highly recommend giving it a shot. I've probably eaten around 50 gyros from this place, and I've never been let down; they just keep getting better each time! Don’t miss out—definitely try it!

I visited Mactassos, a fantastic food truck in Kelvingrove serving delicious Greek cuisine. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always with a smile. I tried the chicken gyros from their menu, which were packed with flavorful, generous portions of meat and tasted amazing. Highly recommend!

the best street food in glasgow around a mile. reasonable prices, friendly staff and amazing eating each time. was really busy on a sunny Saturday in the kelvingrove park and we didn't even have to wait so long. it was so often and never disappointed! Reserva una mesa ahora

Absolutely amazing: tried for the first time last week and returned again today.. absolutely amazing, tasty, authentic and top class staff. Baffled to see one or two reviews on here that aren’t 5 star. Best Greek munch I’ve had/ highly recommended

This is one of the best meals I've ever had, they even gave me a student discount which is good since I'm a student : the prices are great and affordable, they even gave my friend a free drink, recommended place!

One of the best places to visit. If you haven’t tried Mactassos, you haven’t truly lived. The staff is amazing, the food is incredible, and it’s definitely worth 10 stars instead of 5. A must-visit!
