Instead of focusing on her work, she would often take orders and then sit at a table coloring in her book or hanging out with her friends. The last time we dined in, I even had to remind her to clean our table because she was too preoccupied with her own activities. The owner or manager really needs to address this issue because she is not representing the company well. Additionally, the cook was very slow in preparing the food. When we called to speak to a manager, the cook answered the phone and was rude when we asked to speak with someone in charge.
Overall, we had a disappointing experience, and we definitely won’t be returning.
This place is great environment and calm spot. The foods and coffee are great and delicious taste!! Ramon, who is great service, passionate, and positive vibes. Also, my friend M and I surprised how good he learns little bit how to fingerspelling his first name and signer nice meeting you since we are deaf and gesture with him. We really appreciate it. My friend M and I I definitely will come stop by to order these delicious foods and coffee when we have a time.
The place was recommended by a friend's daughter (who is a well respected teacher in RVCSD) and has dined there often, as a nice place to bring my granddaughters (7&9). It was a great choice; the food was freshly prepared and delicious. Service was outstanding, friendly, prompt and pleasant! My grands were so happy to sample the delicious homemade ice cream! Whitewashed brick walls and simple seating added to the casual dining vibe. Can't wait to go back.
The food is excellent, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. The young woman taking orders was both lazy and rude. I called ahead to place an order, yet she failed to communicate it to the sandwich maker. Instead, she made excuses and curtly remarked, “What does it matter? I have my food now.” If they let her go, the business would likely improve significantly.

Everything is great food service and ambiance. Good for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Kid friendly!
It's a lovely, quiet spot to sit down, enjoy a cup of specialty coffee, and get some work done.
