Went to Made In Italy for a family birthday. Had two under 4 kids in the party. Staff made sure to bring items ordered for the children out quickly. Ordered Carpaccio, Coconut Shrimp and the Arrancini for starters. All very good. All the entrees were very good, well received by all at the table and all large enough to take home. Lemon Mascarpone Cake was very nice and the kids enjoyed the Spumoni. Nice to eat in the restaurant instead of only getting it to go. Kid-friendliness: Separate kid's menu. Ordered items come out quickly.
This is the first time we had brunch at Made in Italy and it didn't disappoint. I had avocado toast and it was delicious. My daughter had the egg and steak which came with a small avocado toast! The steak was cooked just like my daughter requested it. My husband ordered from the regular menu which was available. We sat outside, it was a good day for it. The patio was beautifully decorated with flowers. Our server, Lupe, was great. She provided very good service and was very friendly. We will be back before the summer is over.
Visiting town and came to the restaurant as a guest. I saw that the menu included spaghetti carbonara. That’s probably my favorite pasta dish. Having lived in Naples Italy for a number of years my likes and expectations have changed. Most of the time American Italian restaurants serve this dish as and Alfredo sauce with ham and peas. That’s disappointing. However Made In Italy got it right. I was impressed and enjoyed dish. I wish I lived closer.
I understand that restaurants get busy, but when the server decides to take it out on your table, it makes a really unpleasant experience. We came here for our wedding anniversary and the waitress with the tattoos on her right arm was abrupt and unwelcoming. I won’t return to dine in. That being said the food is quite good.

As usual food and service were excellent. Lisa, our friendly server, made recommendations and attended our every need. While I love the vodka pasta, I got the filet special. Great steak and sauce at a very reasonable price. The calamari here is the best. Parking: Train lot
Went here with my girlfriends and the food was good and our waitress Lisa was amazing and fast and always asked if we needed anything and tended to us girls we had a great time. We will ask for this waitress when we come back.
Made in Italy is a local gem in Glen Ellyn with outstanding food quality and selection, a nice wine selection, very fair prices, and exceptional service. Always a treat eating in or getting carry out!
Made in Italy is our go to so often. The restaurant is like family. They really care about customers and making their food perfect. No where else can we go and have all of our meals hot and delicious!

Ordered the chicken Vesuvio, which was full of yummy flavor! Peas and garlics . Chicken was two good pieces. Good meat. Meatballs good. Excited to try their meal prep one day.
Itzel did a great job attending us. The gnocchi is good and so was the tiramisu. Would recommend
