Madison's DDO is a wonderful dining destination. The hosts and hostesses are exceptionally kind and friendly. Pano and Anna consistently go above and beyond to ensure you have a great evening. I've been a regular for years and have always had positive experiences; it's truly my go-to restaurant. The food is consistently delicious. Occasionally, Pano surprises me with a special snack he's prepared, and he often takes the time to join my friends and me for a chat. Anna is incredibly patient, always maintaining a friendly and diplomatic demeanor. The staff is, in my estimation, 99% outstanding and 100% genuinely nice. We have been going to this location since the first week it opened. It used to be AMAZING. Since Covid I would have to say service has gone down quite a lot. Ordered a steak and lobster, asked for the steak to be medium-rare. Instead I get medium-welldone. It wouldn’t be a problem if the waiter actually came to ask me how my steak was like at any normal steakhouses. Insteadshe walked by us multiple times without ever checking if my steak was properly cooked. On the up side the terrace is delightfuland the ambiance is still great.

Went to Madisons New York Grill Bar on Saturday to celebrate my birthday with my family and we had an amazing time and fantastic service. The waiter that served us was super pleasant and of course the food was so delicious. We love this restaurant we always go there for birthday celebration 's even just for supper or lunch. I highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you so much for everything.

It was our second choice, but ended up the best choice. The wait for the food was long, but it was Jan 1st. Probably busy in the kitchen.Ordered the rare Filet Mignon. It 's not often the cooks can get that right, but this one was excellent. Just like My Daddy the 'Chef ' used to make it. Perfectly rare and still a good temp. Great fries too. An all over great meal. Be back.

I visited the restaurant on a Saturday evening with a large group to celebrate a birthday. The service was excellent, and our food arrived quickly. I ordered the chicken dish with goat cheese, and it was amazing. The chocolate dessert was also delicious, as were their cocktails. The steak was great too. I definitely plan to return!

As always, our food was outstanding. We were also delighted to see that they brought back the Spinach and Reggiano Cheese Dip! Oh my goodness, it's incredible, but you need to request it. Our waiter, Theo, was fantastic—very friendly and provided prompt service.

This is a fantastic spot! I sat at the bar and had a wonderful experience. It's a lively place on Thursday nights in West Island, with a full bar and a friendly staff. Highly recommend!
