We got table after 20 minutes wait, considering it was weekend it was good however, I would recommend making a reservation for weekend dining. I simply loved their food ordering system which is, scan the bar code and order right from your table and thefood is served accordingly to your table. The food came out on time but we didn?t like the food. The mendu vada werescrumptiously delicious as they came out hot and fresh but the other 2 dishes were not good. The cheese pav bhaji is better atHonest. The pav was not fresh at all and bhaji had no flavors. The Mysore dosa had stuffing of potatoes in it and we couldn?tfinish it off cuz it was tasteless. The chutneys and sambar were really nice though.
Our favorite of the last ~8 years. They are consistently excellent with food and I've never had a complaint with service. In dozens of visits, they've only left out something from the order once or twice, which is a marvel in this age of restaurants not wanting to pay for a dedicated expo person. The buffet is top-notch as well. IMO the best Indian food in metro Atlanta, and I say this as someone who has given enthusiastic patronage to many wonderful metro Atlanta Indian restaurants since 1996. If you haven't given them a try, do so as soon as you are able.
Got a dosa craving? This place does not disappoint! They have so many dosa options, we try to get a different one each time. They're pretty big servings. Good for one person if it's the only thing you're eating. Otherwise, great to share between 2-3 people if it's not the main meal. The samosas are a must each time. The eggplant chaat is refreshing. The curry dishes are also filling as well.
