Mae-ping Thai Dining

I have been going here for decades. Favourite Thai restaurant in Scotland. There are others but this one is worth going out of your way to visit! Authentic, family run, always made to feel welcome. I have been to some fairly high end Thai restaurants across the UK and I am yet to experience better Tom Yum or Tom Ka soup anywhere. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

You can eat Thai food with a certain flavor in Scotland, which may be due to the lack of raw materials. The taste is average, and British dishes such as sandwiches and fried fish that I eat every day are still acceptable. But it must not be compared with authentic Thai food, otherwise you will be very unhappy. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
