I discover this pizzeria-brasserie and it's a real enchantment. First the frame. we are in a medieval house of lannion (one of the oldest) and it is simply superb, worthy of a museum. stone walls are perfectly preserved. the staircase that leads to the ground, like the one that moves to the kitchen, is a pure wonder, in a stone axis with steps of a block. the floor, on the terrace, offers a plunging view on the ground floor and the beams are of absolute beauty. new brewery/pizzeria on lannion, the maestro is open from Tuesday to Saturday noon and evening. the main room has only 7 tables and can accommodate about 20 people. I didn't have the opportunity to visit the floor (because closed at noon but in the evening it's possible to eat there. I took a menu of the day, entry, dish, dessert at 13,50€. gizzard salad, not bad; Flemish carbonnade good with homemade fries, really nice. the fries would have taken advantage of a sauce, like bearnese or something. the gourmet coffee, the chocolate mousse, although it wasn't my cup of tea was well made, the little marrow is very good. on the other hand, the burnt cream was not cooked enough, so liquid inside....
Very nice place and very good kitchen. We entered for the proposed Belgian specialties, the Flemish carbonnade and the herb burger/sirop of cork were excellent! A slight drop in waiting, although it is understandable that an important member of the team is ill. Bravo to the season that gave everything to compensate for the absence!
Very nice place located in a small traditional house. At the level of dishes, you will find pizza, burgers and dough-based dishes. The price is very correct. Having ordered a pizza, they are very good and have taken the eyes closed.

I did not know this establishment since the closing of the old friendly Roma reception, the faithful place itself. Pizzas are unusual and very good. I recommend you, I'll be back with pleasure.
