They were busy when we arrived but my friend had made a reservation so we didn't have to wait long. We were seated in a corner booth type table. My partner and I went here for New Year's Eve dinner. We had a 9:00 p.m. reservation and got set around 9:11. Which was fine because the host let us know that there was going to be a short wait. The restaurant is really pretty. It was decorated nice and it was warm. Our waiter was good at first but turned out to not be the best. He was forgetful and moved slow. We never got the bread that he said he was going to bring twice. He did not bring us our food and only came to check on us once we were halfway through eating. We were there for a birthday dinner. The service was not great and the restaurant was not even busy when we were first sat at 4pm. The waiter clearly needed to write things down. He forgot things several times and also brought things that were not what was ordered. After our meal was cleared and put into go boxes, he brought dessert menu and then disappeared. We didn’t know what to say when he finally came back by our table and asked if we were ready to order entrees! Our go boxes clearly sitting there on the table. This has been one of the worst experiences I've had. My family loved this place at one time. We come every year for Mom's birthday. We all were highly disappointed. The good quality has really gone down. The taste is different and very bland. Prices went up and it's just not worth it. We all took our food to go. I asked for salt only for it to be wet and stuck together. The worst part was the apple crostada. We ate the apples out the middle but the crust and stuff surrounding the outside was horrible. We had excellent service. We did have a little wait time, but they did something that was exceptional. They allow another couple to join us at our time instead of them having to wait for their time that was unexpected and very appreciated.

Our first table was in a busy walkway, we requested to move which they quickly found a new place. Waitress and waiter were very friendly and efficient.
Waiter never brought out salads. Then claimed they didn’t bring the salads. Wine we ordered came out as the meal did.
