Baseball seems to be much more important than running a restaurant. My wife, a friend, and I (very hungry) came on a Saturday at 15:00 and sat in the thinning area. After the order we realized that? The game? was up while the patrons and all bar/wait/kitchen employees saw baseball instead of working. At 4:30 a.m. sitting at one of 2 tables in the dining room, the food came with empty excuses and excuses for the delay. The food was ready and cold. At this point we starved and frankly told us about stories. We paid and left without making a scene. But I will not return in the future. At least they enjoyed the game my meal tasted good even if it was warm when it arrived. Olive Garden's microwav...
I don't usually go to this extreme, but we had to walk out last night. We sat down and waited 10 minutes just for a server to come and take our drink order, OK we can deal with that, and we asked if we could order our food and server said after he gets our drinks. Ok......Well 15 more minutes, and now we are at 25 minutes waiting, and still haven't ordered our food. We got up looked around and didn't see our server, so we started walking out. As we were walking out, right at front door, our server came out of bar bringing our drinks. Sorry, this is unacceptable. I know everyone is shorthanded these days and I can understand if it was busy, but it was 7:20 and not at all busy. A lot of empty...
Do you love this place? underestimated as a sports bar. Large selection of foods? Pizza/stromboli, wraps, apps, sandwiches and a variety of entrees. Plates are huge. Prices are good for the portions. Recommend the bar area. Many seats to see multiple screens. The dining room area is very loud with the high ceilings. We moved away three years ago and still occasionally to visit. Visit more often when booking on weekends.
