We arrived at Magna Pizza at The Mezz to order two take away Caligola pizzas. One of them was supposed to have chicken instead of prawns because my partner is allergic. Both pizzas were supposed to have rocket salad. It was so disappointing when we...arrived home to find that the pizzas were not what we ordered (prawns in both of them and no rocket salad see picture) and actually the dough was tasteless and chewy...in one word: awful. We ended up throwing $50 to the bin because none of us could eat that. We immediately called them to express our frustration but no one answered the phone. We even left a message in the voice mail and a contact number expecting for some follow up. Nothing happe...
Magna for traditional pizza. Entrance on Beach Street, often lucky to get some free parking. You will need to respect that several businesses operate under the same roof, so if attending in a group, you will need to frequent the one establishment as you cannot...take food or drink between the venues. Don’t be a silly about it, accept the fines are huge for non compliance. Remember everyone has got a job to do. I ordered a take out Aurelia today, it takes about 20 mins, which gave me enough time to wander down, round, along and back all the way to the toilets. Pizza naturally, hot, tasty, flavor some and full size, value for $23.
For those who do not know, Supli is like a baby arancini. Rice balls with mozarella cheese in the centre, rolled in breadcrumbs deep fried. There are other variations, but this is what you get at Magna. Having just returned from Italy and tasting...at Suplizio in Rome, let's just say these supli stand up. A serve is 3 on a bed of rocket. We had beautifully dressed salads to accompany them. Not sure if there is anyone else in Perth doing supli, but this low key eatery is certainly worth a try. They do pizza, pasta etc.
that is my second time there, the pizzas are amazing, I had a very simple apartment that was exactly the way I remembered when I lived in new york city, it is stunning. I had a beer from the other side of the same building. they have to sit there because of licensing, but this is not really a problem as the employees bring the pizza to them. it doesn't matter to wait, even though it didn't take long on Sunday. If you want fresh, you might have to wait a little longer.

now called freo pizza factory we went there for a 10-year birthday pizza family meal. our group had four children under 5 and they were quite loud and very actiw; the restaurant took it in her strips, were super tolerant and...served the most delicious pizzas. and being a Tuesday night, it was very good! before we were there and the pizza quality is consistently very good.
we came to a Fri night for the long weekend. Eating was okay, not great. it was busy and I can see that the staff really tries hard. but a system that allows customers to get their orders before they dive, does not work for the...restaurant experience. we are not coming back. we ordered at 730 a.m. and were served only at 845 a.m. inacceptable.
Sulpi for those not in the know is the Roman version of arancini; much smaller with intensified taste. These rank well with Suplizio in Rome. Their salad is probably the very best I have ever had in a restaurant. And the garlic bread... just...try it. I still haven't tried their pizza!
Mr K and I enjoyed some awesome pizza here with my father renoun artist Brian Mcmahon. The atmosphere was great and our food was so delicious. Seriously, probably the best pizza I have ever had! We also enjoyed the bruschetta and its great because...the place is BYO

we were in magna pizza several times last year and I have to say the pizzas are always good. the choice of toppings is beautiful and the thin pizzas remind us of our travel through italia. a great place for casual family trips.
