We attempted to dine here on a Sunday afternoon when the restaurant was less than half full and we had our baby with us. However, we were informed that strollers were not permitted inside. Considering that you're located in an outdoor pedestrian mall, this was quite surprising. Overall, I would rate the experience: Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
