We appreciated the cuisine offered by the establishment. The dishes are beautifully presented and the flavors are there. The waitress unfortunately spilled my cocktail on me, which can happen, to err is human. more than 1 hour waiting between each dish and the cherry on the cake: sole to the holy jacques without holy jacques!! service is not up to the height. we can't accommodate so many people if we can't follow in the kitchen and if we don't have the ingredients... very disappointed! 3h30 to eat a simple menu on the menu is lamentable
