Maharaja is a great place to go for well prepared and delicious Indian cuisine. The meal began with Papadam crispy, paper thin lentil crackers. Mango Lassi is fantastic. The red lens soup was very good, beautifully spiced. I ordered the Maharaja Grill Plate #1 with Tandoori Chicken, Chicken Ktikka and Lamb Stripes. It was all very well prepared, delicate and beautifully seasoned. I have read that Glutamat is not used what is a bonus. You have a nice selection of vegetarian dishes. We were able to enjoy a fantastic meal among large parasols! Due to Corona the interior was not yet open for guests. My wife and I love Indian well and we try to eat it when we can. We ordered a sag and chicken corma fish, although the spinach was fresh in the Sage dish and the chicken was perfectly cooked in the corma dish, we found the taste quite bland for Indian food
