Maharaja Starnberg

I had not expected such a great, inexpensive Indian restaurant in such a noble contrary as starnberg - in which did a very pleasant surprise. we had a Dhal soup that was quite in order (when nothing special, tbh), and the Kashmiri lamb, which was indicated on the menu as "very sharp". since I grew up on the subcontinent and had an exceptional preference for very sharp eating (as in the goanic, Bengal and southern Punjabi style), I asked for an "extra sharp" version - which I actually got without the usual annoying one has to take in continental (especially German) wrists. the waiter actually offered to pick it up even more when I asked - what I did not because it was just right and very tast...

my wife and I have little experience with Indian cuisine, but had a pleasure to try something new. we were very satisfied and can only join the very good reviews of other guests. we tried the mixed plates with various meat and vegetarian dresses and were very impressed by the quality of the preparation and the variety of tastes. for our claim this is a very good one.

were there due to the good recommendations. eating was a bit fad, but okay and more than enough (as far as the amount concerned).The service was a bit too penetrant and at the same time not very interested in giving us a few general infos to eat. Therefore we have a point of deduction.Do not necessarily come back again.

very good Indian food, the amount was sufficient - good portions, the service was irritating, but until we were no longer asked at the conclusion as last guests whether we still want to drink - instead we were brought to the bill, but together with a mangolicur Reserva una mesa ahora

an Indian restaurant with high feel-good factor: friendly, attentive service and very good atmosphere. our vegetarian favourite dishes such as palak paneer, channa masala or sabzi kofta taste us in the room Starnberg/Weilheim here with a distance best!

just do not let it be deterred from the outside and interior. the service is very friendly and accommodating without being intrusive. the food is the madness. rarely eat so delicious Indian. I can recommend without restriction.

what an extensive offer! a large selection, very good portions and all-round tasty taste. good wine offer. the service is efficient and comes with a smile. after dinner is offered digestif.
