we were there with 4 people in the evening shortly after opening. it took longer to look for food than it stood on the table. it was certainly not freshly prepared. all 4 eaten different and were tasty but not a manifestation and quite sharp, even the food that was called mild in the menu, but that should be so when you go Indian. the portion size was just so sufficient, but rather was at the large portion rice. the service was not exactly unfriendly, but welcome we also did not feel (no visual contact and no comment on the order only head nodding), but everything went very fast, even the reordered drinks came within a short time. the ambiente is as you imagine it for one inder, a little che...
Leckeres traditionelles Essen. In diesem Restaurant erlebt man eine wahre Geschmacksexplosion der indischen Küche! Egal, ob man Vegetarier oder Fleischliebhaber ist, hier wird jeder kulinarische Wunsch erfüllt. Bedienung mit äußerster Freundlichkeit und kümmert sich liebevoll um das Wohl der Gäste. Reis und Naan-Brot wurden großzügig nachgereicht, und das Essen wurde heiß und prompt serviert. Der Geschmack überzeugt durch eine köstliche Fusion von Aromen, begleitet von einer angenehmen Schärfe. Ein rundum gelungenes kulinarisches Erlebnis! Egal, ob alleine, zu zweit oder als Familie, dank der relativ humanen Preise auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert.
Delicious cooking! The Karahi Gosht and Lamb Vindaloo are my favorite. The lamb vindaloo was not spicy to me (despite the sign on menu). Out of 2 Indian restaurants in Karlsruhe I tried, I like this better. The spices are as strong as I remember how it should when I eat in Asia but not overwhelming and very balanced. Service was great, cute little place, neat and clean.
Eating is okay. Unfortunately, this restaurant is also rather a European Indian than an Indian. Speak the dishes were strongly Europeanized from the spices. Not so recommended is the starter plate for 2 people. Ordering individual appetizers, then it has a greater range of flavors. Mangolassi could have more mango inside.

Hier gibt es indisches Essen, das größtenteils nicht scharf, aber trotzdem angenehm exotisch gewürzt ist. Die Karte bietet viele Auswahlmöglichkeiten für sowohl Vegetarier als auch Fleischesser an. Man wird sehr freundlich bedient, und das Ambiente ist angenehm.
It is a nice restaurant and nice food... we had ordered for one of our birthday parties (veg non-veg included). All guests enjoyed the food and appreciate the taste. It's good to go. One of the best restaurants in Karlsruhe.
Sehr unfreundliches Personal.Die Rechnung wurde am Sonntagabend gegen 20,45 Uhr ohne Aufforderung an mehreren Tischen vorgelegt. Essen war OK.Service ließ sehr zu wünschen uebrig.
