Dine in for 5 on a busy night. It is very noisy that some of us find it quite hard to follow the conversation on the table. The 5 of us shared a large claypot rice, combination crispy noodle, salted egg soft shell crab and deep fried sliced barramundi with tamarind sauce. Good portion of food served and reasonably priced. The claypot rice is a bit cold on arrival. You don't get the sizzle that is usually associated with a claypot dish. And I think that it is also missing the burnt rice on the bottom. Not quite sure if this unique to Vietnamese claypot rice but the hk and malaysian version I'm used to usually has the burnt rice. The combination crispy noodle I find lacking in sauce. It leaves...

we have booked a table from 18 to dinner and happy that this place fills quickly. they think they have the wrong address first because it looks and feels like adelaide at the location. the personal was friendly and the menu was fantastic and so were the meals. the servings are very generous. a big problem was the noise and the noise. it was almost impossible to talk to someone who was neither next to them nor before them. the noise is also a problem with the order, as the personal finds it hard to hear what they say. the other problem is that the staff only ordered a drink and then brought out food. the personal did not return for another beverage order This...read more

We celebrated Lunar New Year with dinner at MaiKitchen and were fortunate to witness a lion dance performance. I ordered the prawn toast and vegetarian pork belly with rice, both of which were incredibly delicious. The imitation pork belly had a convincing texture and was heavily seasoned. Surprisingly, I still had room in my stomach to finish my friend's leftover claypot chicken rice, which was equally tasty. The atmosphere was lively and family-friendly. Delicious food every time. Decently priced, expansive menu Food came out super fast, but was a little bit too hot when served, had to wait for it to cool down. They don't do split bills Waitress couldn't understand me when ordering, had to repeat a few times. Suits vegans very well No music playing, very noisy and crowded. I ordered a farewell. When I came home, I realized that they made me something different than I ordered. I called, and they were kind and said we'd make you what I ordered. I drove back 20 minutes, just to say from the manager that they didn't make me a new court. I will not go back

most dishes were delicious. the sweet and sour soupe was a slept, it did not quite meet the acidic notes. everything was good, service was also not too bad. would return for a casual night.
