Maiku Vietnamese Pho

A fantastic restaurant, though I fear I've ruined myself, as this was the first time I'd had pho and I'm worried other places wont be able to compare. I was hiking around in the cold drizzle and the hearty broth did a great job warming me up. Even without the hoison sauce or sriracha, the flavor was great, which simply magnified the flavor.

Very flavorful beef and seafood broth. Usually not a fan of beef meatballs at Vietnamese places but these were good. Great tripe and tendon too. Lots of toppings. It is packaged very well for take out. Spring rolls and the sauce were fantastic. Bread in the banh mi is great. Very fresh and not stale like a lot of places. Big sandwich too

Super yummy pho, can't believe we're here so long and never tried this place. Our usual Pho place was closed for the holiday, so we drove to the Strip District to try Maiku. Well worth the parking and traffic. The service was wonderful, so nice people who own the place. The Pho was delicious. We'll be back.

Rivals the best pho I have ever had. Brought two friends in for their first pho experience as we are visiting from out of town and I couldn’t be happier about the food they enjoyed. Not only was the food excellent, the owners were astronomically kind.

Delicious Pho with the rice noodles being just perfect, not too hard not to soft just right. The broth was tasty, yet Subtle. I definitely recommend this place.
