Main Street Diner - Reserva de mesa

This is a Nelson staple and a must eat. Restaurants in Nelson come and go but the Diner has stood the test of time. The Cesar salad dressing is so top secret the rumor is, its only been given to family members. You cant go wrong with the Diner its one of the best local establishments that Nelson has to offer. Best burgers in town, best fries (hand cut), and don't forget their fresh halibut fish and chips, but rally everything on their menu is delicious.

Nelson offers SO many options to go out and eat. But, Main Street Diner is truly my favourite place to go. The owner, Nick, is very personable and provides nothing but the best food, drinks, and overall service.They are timely and the food never disapoints. All of the staff are great! Highly recommend Main Street Diner if you live in Nelson and want to grab a bite or are just visiting. Also a great family friendly place :

Decided to try this place from just waking by, glad I did!! The service was very good, fast, courageous and professional. The food was even better. I had the Kostas dinner, starting with the salad. Very good. I am not a humous guy but that and the tzatziki was very good! The main course was excellent, hot and flavourful! When in Nelson, definitely seek this place out. Don't let the "Diner" in the name fool you.

Loved it here growing up, for a while it got disappointing, but the newest management has done an incredible job of bringing this place back to one of the most go restaurants in Nelson. The quality of the food has skyrocketed the customer service is top notch. The menu is huge nothing is a miss. I recommend coming here a few times to try as many of the menu items as you can! Ordered the fish and chips. Fish was piping hot, moist and delicious! Laurence was our server. Made the recommendation for the fish and was super friendly and welcoming. Would recommend this place to anyone stopping by :

Excellent food and service! Their tzatziki dip is amazing, and they have the best garlic toast you've ever had. Our steak was done perfectly. Beer was delicious. We'll definitely be back!
