This market is a great spot for a quick bite while you're in town. During our visit, the grab-and-go section featured a selection of vegan desserts and baked bars, along with a good variety of vegan snacks. However, the options at the cafe were quite limited. They had two soups available, but neither appeared to be vegan. There were also sandwiches and salads on the menu, but I didn't investigate those too closely. I suppose you could probably find something suitable in a hurry.
Dropped in to get grub for a lunch business meeting was I was having locally. I ordered 8 sandwiches, a bunch of smoothies and a variety of potato chips. Guy who rung me up asked me why I was in town and because I was doing an health education session, he gave me the Main Street discount. Totally unexpected but very much appreciated. Hot food was hot, cold was cold. Everything was as ordered. I enjoyed the BALT with turkey delish! Highly recommend.
The food is just average—quite bland and lacking in flavor. We've visited twice, and both times, they have apologetically informed me that the dish I wanted wasn't available. This forced me to choose something else, only to find out that wasn’t available either. Ultimately, I had to go with a third option. It’s clear that they struggle with managing their inventory. Since reopening, they’ve been disorganized and dysfunctional.
this market is good to grab a bit fast in the city. when we visited, the digging and walking section had a few vegan desserts and baked bars. the market also had many vegan snacks. however, the options were much slimmer in caffe. there were two suppen in the offer and seemed neither vegan. there were sandwiches and salads on the menu, but I didn't look too much. They serve beer/wine but you can't consume it there. Menu is small and not particularly unique but the few hot sandwiches they serve are great. They don't have tap water as an option except via a sink in the corner near the bathrooms which is rigged to have only hot and hotter water. I can only imagine this is too incite people to buy drinks. There's also limited seating.
So happy to find a sandwich spot with tasty veggie options. It’s difficult to do in the mid coats. This place is a gem. The staff is super friendly. . The market is one of my favorites in town. Make sure to try the soup
My new favorite place for breakfast! Great food and coffee selection and plenty of seating in quiet areas to enjoy your food, take a virtual meeting, or just catch up with friends.

The staff were quite friendly, but there's really no justification for charging $17 for such a poor-quality (and small) sandwich.
