Main Street Meat Co.

This is a meat market located on IL 251 in Roscoe IL. They do have a cafe attached, but I'm more interested in the market portion itself. Given my recent obsession with smoking, I decided to give this place a try. Here is my pros vs cons analysis. Reviewed on YouTube: Pros: -They have plenty selection between beef, pork, and seafood. Plenty of things to sample. Plenty of things to smoke. It would keep me busy for a few months easy. -Main Street Meat prepare their product in house. I visited Main Street Meats in Roscoe today and ordered a sausage cranberry stuffing turkey roll. I was really excited about it! I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Jim, who is a great guy and really knows his stuff. He’s very friendly and laid-back. While talking to him, I learned that they offer dry-aged ribeye and other cuts of steak, as well as Wagyu steaks. More people need to discover this place! Jim takes great pride in his selection of meats and supports local farmers. Eat local, everyone!

If you haven't tried the beef Snack Sticks, you must! They are the perfect snack for after school or between games (in our case). I'd much rather give a high-protein snack to the kids instead of high-fructose (and who knows what other ingredients) protein bars. You can always count on Main Street Meat for high-quality meats and treats. Go pick yourself up some next time you're there.

The selection here is outstanding; this place truly has a passion for meat. You can purchase frozen sides and prepared entrees, and they also offer pies. The staff is friendly and welcoming. It seems they can assist with processing venison as well. Reserva una mesa ahora

This place is awesome! I have NEVER I MEAN NEVER had a bad purchase from this place. The steaks are awesome. Their brisket burgers are amazing. Also they have a steak and pork rub you can buy. I use that stuff a lot. Great place and great service.

Matt at Main Street did an outstanding job with the catering for my daughter's wedding. He was courteous and a pleasure to collaborate with.
