Beautiful boutique, luxurious and friendly staff. Their macaroons are really good: I strongly advise! However: I do not share this opinion for their Basque cakes which are really very small and whose cream is almost nonexistent. The cherry is the one that gets out the best because the little cream with the little cherry gets married well and then the result is pretty successful, at least we feel like we have some topping. Now definitively: disappointed by the size of the cakes, it is ridiculous and very disappointing limit for a large house like this. We find much bigger and better stuffed elsewhere, no problem.

The cherry basque cake is succulent, the best we eat! We also tested the tartin practitioner and turkey. They were exquisite! The shop wants to buy everything and the service is impeccable. You can't go to Biarritz without going through House Adam!
