My wife and i were there on aug 3 ,2017 for supper recommendation from a friend so we said we would try it out . First of all you sit with a bunch of people thats ok waiter was nice spoke french and english people around are ready to party so get ready . KNOW FOR THE FOOD wow a massive disappointment for the price hugh $$$$ yes i had the 20oz steak ( 68)$ so you expect it to be perfect so wrong they say aaa beef i say it comes from iga grocery store i can make a steak any time better then that and the ( boiled ribs) wit sauce slapped on after no taste at all 45$ around for that . We're treated like we raised pigs together. Big ones you're like the arm. The waitress escaped a dish full of sauce next to my girlfriend and she received plenty on her!!! no compensation from the waitress or the establishment. My steak wasn't cooked for my taste and for the price, it was real flight in the middle of the day! a calvary that lasted 3.5 hours.To avoid unless you were a red neck.Only the visit was interesting.
We enjoyed our evening: steaks are excellent, the warm service and the visit of the house is surprising. the evening continues and ends with the late joey troupe show. a show that rocks, the atmosphere is festive, we pass wigs and hats to visitors who sing and dance. Helping alcohol!Bed and drinks are expensive but we understand that we pay not only for the meal but for the whole evening!

we arrive for a very nice visit of the house and decide to stay lunch we tell him to the guide and to the welcome we wait 30 minutes before something happens and indeed they are people who arrive after us who have a tablefinally 2:00 later we come out having eaten a grilled sausage and short smiling: well for those who have the patience to wait very long!
superb service very fast and especially, excellent! I could read "place de redneck" in another comment! hahaha he doesn't have everything to be wrong in the sense that you go to a real old bootlager house! If you want to eat caviar c is clearly not the place! all depends on what you're looking for! In my opinion, it certainly tried!
when we arrived there were 30 minutes before we had a beer and a chair for my baby.. People arriving after us we had a place before and we finish eating even before we start .. for one can disappoint the food was good and the cool visit
Arrived a few minutes before 3pm and they refused to serve us we drove far to come here, told them this they didn't seem to care go elsewhere lots

My first impression upon arriving to Maison du Bootlegger was of a drunk patron actually urinating openly in the parking lot.
Avoid this place if you're not a local They were incredibly rude to us for absolutely no reason.
