We arrive at the restaurant or a group waits in the middle of the sas without moving....not speaking French I allow myself at the end of a half hour to see at the bar how to settle with my 12 year old son. I'm not being looked at, I'm being hated by telling myself to make the wrestling.My attention was just to understand the purpose of waiting... nobody explained to us... he continued to despise me by shipping me out of his hand...I've never felt so bad to be so badly received my appetite. I'm gone mad and very bad....your reputation will make you twisted...(the tourism to these lumites you will see) I ended up in a brewery with a very good cassoulet and a lovely waiter.
We can't say it's exceptional. The cassoulet is eatable. beans are here but we're looking for candy or sausage. I expected more generous parts. The candy is to be avoided if you're hungry. good but few (3) and frankly it makes light and at...17€50 anyway...Aperitif as soon as ordered that the 1st dish arrives...Aperitif as soon as ordered as the 1st dish arrives... no intimidated on the terrace, tables glued with servers that zigzaguent enters. short average quality and the price does not correspond at all to the contents of the plate. There's much better not far.
Good lunchtime brasserie style food which is efficiently served. The menu is wide ranging and offers a good choice of local dishes. The menu is built around the cuisine of the South West of France. The main dish on the menu is the Cassoulet of...the house which appears to be very popular. This lunchtime we opted for a lovely Bavette which was cooked to perfection and a Confit de Canard which was served with equally delicious chips cooked in duck fat to die for! A good lunchtime stop and will certainly be back if in the area.
in castelnaudary, along with toulouse, is one of the places where cassoulet is a must to eat the 4 of us decided to have it. if we know that it would be very full, we all skipped a starter, our focus is on the function “destined”. we were glad. we did how the cassoulet was, as expected, very filling as well as full taste and very pleasant and an experience we enjoyed. so, if in the opposite, the sampling of the “assoulet” is a certain must.

eat there with woman on 2. dec 2022 during the holiday in toulouse, eating was decent, but was sworn twice on my debit card at the payment. it only realized when I checked the transaction history when I was in the departure hall the next day when we were on the way home. the question to my card company, pending answer from them. hopefully they are honest enough and admitted was their fault and my refund back.
the cassoulet has nothing exceptional, a relief of large surface cassoulet. It is on that the restaurant is well placed , along the course of the republic, the square in front, a terrace , people spend to tick it is embarrassing .
arrives around 13:45 ,on the return of holiday ,cassoulet with two very good jams and quality dessert .service rapide .and regional wine served to the glass with the diapason .
room 6 remade clean and quiet and for 52 € it is difficult to make better the fan is included in the price. It's up to you not to be too difficult.
