the shop is very beautifully presented and lets them buy everything. the personal is also friendly. we bought cookies and chocolate. we haven't tried the kouign amann, as we had already tried a few in different bakeries, and these did not look very good. we were very disappointed by the taste of the cookies and the chocolate. they are average and not better than industrial. also we were very disappointed by the very long list of the ingredients. the price is far too high for the offered quality, at least for the cookies and chocolate. I will not buy from this group of stores again.

I got a couple of Brittany galets here. came to go with much more including a sweet tasty, kouignettes. think about Puff bakery with a kind of sweet filling glazed in sticky sugary quality. we also have a gift package to take home that had butter caramel sauce. my teeth feel like they're falling out with a mouth, but his so good. this is a premier store, so the prices are the higher end, but it is worth it. the personal was pleasant and happy to help. they come in when they are in roscoff.

we bought two beautiful ice creams from this. When we pulled them out, we found one of them was not frozen, but only liquid. I took it back just to be met by a perseverance that the freeze cabinet worked so that it must be in order, despite the evidence for a tub of liquid before the assistent. When I asked about my money back, I had to wait while three failed phone calls failed to a chef or manager. At some point, I got a refund, but no excuse at all.
