Tried the vegan chaussons aux pommes and it was nice. Also enjoyed the only vegan salad, good mix of veggies, seeds and fruits (about €7). Edit: down from 4 to 3 stars because it turns out it is very unpredictable whether they will have any vegan options or not on a given day. Updated from previous review on 2021-11-01

bakery chain with more and more vegan options such as: ordinary croissants, apple slippers, pies, strawberries, sandwiches, wraps, soups, salads etc.

Some vegan options well indicated It's pretty good, omni bakery of the founder of lands and monkey (boulangeries vegan)
