We were happy to taste the excellent eighties and mussels etc of the Thau basin. Alas noon shells made no more restaurants, it was so good and nice. So we looked for another address. Unfortunately it wasn't the right one. Cold home, eightres served without asking us what size we wanted, so we had averages while we appreciate the big ones. Disappointment. Service. What a lack of human heat... Well, we'll find a better address next time. We are good customers and know how to reward the work well done, it wasn't. Unrequested health pass, just respected barrier gestures.
In a simple and nickel decor with an exceptional welcome and served by a waitress and a server as we would like to have it everywhere. We have feasted on Inuit, Mussels and Eights gratinated, Peppers we discovered and Tielles all sprinkled with an excellent Pinet Picpoul. We have carried a drunken oysters, tiellas and picpoul that we have tasted since, again a real happiness;
We stopped by chance, it was already a little late but we were warmly received. The shells were opened in front of us. It is possible to eat some eightres or a hearty tray. Everything was very good. An establishment that deserves to be known, Yvon the boss gladly speaks about his work, the culture of shellfish and the history of the Thau pond.

Perfect place to taste shells, in a nice setting, good child. Yvon tells his trade with a lot of passion.The products are excellent watered by small local producers. Very correct price, clean and especially very welcoming
Sale to take away in these periods of restoration closure! Very nice welcome. Excellent and huge oysters, beautiful mussels and tiellas. We'll be back!
