A New Year 's Eve party without much panache except in the plates. A pleasure of taste entirely there but a shame that the setting, the tables and the service remained so neutral, without any festive reflection of any kind (apart from a decorated tree at the entrance to the downstairs room . A few candles on the tables, subdued lighting or even a countdown to 2024 more “marked” than the simple arrival of the staff in the room would have been welcome. A gesture, a setting can make all the difference... This evening, which should have been memorable, remained ordinary at an extra-ordinary price
We shared a very good time with our children and grandchildren; We know Julien's cuisine because we are from Montadier and have frequented his establishment in Montaren. We came to Garrigues Ste Eulalie the previous year and we will not fail to come back to your place. Being a sweet tooth, I would have appreciated some sweet treats with the coffee! but this is a remark from a very greedy person! Eve Food: 5
I have taken friends to discover your cuisine twice now. A real pleasure of the plate and the place now finished with the hotel, the spa, the swimming pool. Just a small downside with the presence of a few flies which are hardly embarrassing, certainly due to the presence of horses nearby.
