Maitre Flambee Flammerie

This is a small restaurant with mainly a kind of dish in various sweet and savoury versions. I tried the hearty Tarte Flambee with cream cheese (creme vega), cheese, tomatoes and rocket salad and the sweet version with cream cheese, apples, sugar and cinnamon and both were quite delicious. The side salad was okay, but nothing special. The owners recently added the vegan options to their menu and told me that they already had a good amount of orders for them, so hopefully they will stay on the menu. Unfortunately, they haven't served any vegan milk for Cappuchino yet.

This is an excellent restaurant to enjoy 'Flammkuchen '. Especially the Cidre has to be highlighted !!!
