Oh my gosh if I didn't never go to the river a lot more than I did I wouldn't never known about this place. This place has the best burgers and fries to me I think its better than zesto's and really any burger place kids meal it's a great price for all the choice you can choose from. I also tried there fried shrimp and catfish sandwiches, it's small but it's nice and the manager and the older lady there is very nice and treat you like family. The manager or boss whoever he is very nice and I love the way he cooks my food.if you along the riverfront or just down main this is the best place to eat from in the downtown area. Now I tried a few restaurants down there but I really like this one.
This was really very good food! Made fresh to order by the owner. It was quick this time, but there is a sign that tells you it's not fast food and there may some wait for good quality. It is counter order service. Made my double burger without the bun and didn't look at me like I have 2 heads . I had onion rings and they were just right. It was open this Saturday at lunch time, but I am not certain if it is always open Saturdays, might call. So glad we decided to stop at this local joint!
We loved this place when we visited last week! I had heard about it from an employee, and I really enjoy a hole on the walls. We really enjoyed our food and my catfish was buttery soft! A perfect place to meet this desire! They were made of tea and had no bathroom for public use, but the food came fast and was very hot when it reached our table. We will definitely go back!
Can’t say enough good about this place. The owner is awesome and makes everything with a passion. We talked to him and he is always trying to come out with something to please his customers. The grilled chicken sandwich is killer and the buffalo chicken tenders are literally the best I have ever had... love seeing this place do well!

This is a simple place, but so incredibly yummy. The burger I had was so well seasoned, and the onion rings are some of the best I've ever eaten! I love that they had lemonade that they had was their own type and NOT just a brand fountain lemonade such as Minute Maid. I'll definitely go here again!
My friend wanted to ride okra after he had ordered and paid for our food and the guy who waited for us gave us some on the house is very good atmosphere very good in the kitchen was amazing, can not say enough good things about this place clean it is just very good place I love it
Best fish place in the city, by far. This locally owned business has the Nicest owners, I've ever seen. Their was a lady that came in with medical issues and the owner said a pray for her, you just don't see that. We need more people like this.
Great casual lunch in downtown! In any case, you will get there early if you want a table because they tend to be busy at 11:30 or noon. I really like their chicken stripe basket, but their fish and chips are also very popular.

How on earth did I live in Evansville for a decade without knowing or Major Munch? Go there, trust me. Get a burger, trust me. Get the fry sauce, trust me. You will love this food, I guarantee it
Excellent food and great prices, great selection. Really nice employees or owners! I definitely suggest eating for lunch. Fast service or short lunch breaks
