I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. 1st of all, the staff are all great, super attentive, so kind and generous. the menu may look intimidating price-wise but it's a family dining set up; you get the course for the entire table. during my visit, my family and I shared the Bing with Butter, Honey and Black Truffles, the Fried Oxtail, the Stuffed Peppers, the Whole-Plate Short Rib and lastly, their birthday Bubble Waffle with some kind of Salted Jasmine Whip Jam. I visited this restaurant primarily for the Short Rib Plate, which I ordered 24 hours in advance, and it was quite good. However, I found the rice that accompanied the dish to be overly fatty. The bings were also enjoyable; I tried the eggplant-based one and the chili ricotta one. I personally preferred the chili ricotta, as its flavors were more pronounced. Lastly, I ordered the truffle macaroni. While the dish itself was decent, the truffle flavor was strong but not overpowering—it blended well with the other ingredients. If you’re a fan of truffles, this dish is definitely worth trying.

Beautiful restaurant, from the moment we walked in Biggie's Big Poppa was playing to set the mood. The playlist was great! Nas, ODB, Rakim....The drinks were great. Sat at the chef's table, it's a must. The attention to detail with every dish was amazing. The food was delicious. I love how they gave you time between each dish to eat, talk and enjoy. Every dish was explained as it was brought out.Next time I will take a bigger party and order the short rib. This place is a must!!!
I drove from San Diego to check out this restaurant, and Majordomo was truly an incredible experience! The atmosphere is very laid-back and has a great vibe. The family-style serving is fantastic and the food is delicious. Chef Dave is exceptionally talented and definitely lives up to the hype. I can't wait to return for another meal. I'm also looking forward to visiting Vegas to try Momofuku!
Amazing restaurant! The staff are very attentive and make you feel welcome. Reservations reccommended. We were walk in customers that were at the door early and luckily got in very quickly. Definitely worth the wait. The food is delicious and there is a little of everything. David Chang and his team created a great menu. I would definitely return!
What a meal! Every bit of it was so delicious and tasty. Got the Diver Scallops, Bing with Ricotta, Mushroom Crispy Rice, and Iberico Pork. I’d give them 6 stars if I could.Highlight for me was eating the rice with pork. All the flavors together made it for a real Ratatouille moment if you know what I mean ;

We had so much fun eating here! The black cod was wonderful. Don't miss the fried butterball potatoes and the Bounty Bowl, either.
Incredible food and amazing service. We were lucky enough to get a reservation and are already wanting to go back!
