Wonderful bowl of traditional style ramen, ordered the black garlic tonkatsu. Rich broth and would recommend the hell sauce on the side to add heat to your preference. The salmon avocado maki roll was excellent as well. Have visited a few of their locations around Edinburgh and this one is the only restaurant serving their bao buns (which look excellent)
Great food. I have been to several Maki& Ramen restaurants in Edinburgh quite a few times, i really enjoyed having Japanese Ramen in this restaurant in the UK, the noodles, soup base and Japanese Char Siu. We had Hell Ramen and Black Garlic Tongkotsu this time, it was so delicious! Definitely will come again! Highly recommend.
Went to Maki Ramen Fountainbridge just before the closed for renovations and I was sad. I went back for the first time and boy was I blown out the water!! Staff were so amazingly helpful and kind, couldn’t ask for a better dinning experience! Definitely coming back, believe it
The food at this restaurant is absolutely amazing, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the prices are really good for the high quality of the food. They even put a candle in our desserts for my husband's birthday! Overall, it was a fun and enjoyable experience. Reserva una mesa ahora
Food amazing, sushi absolute good, rice is warm. First time eat warm rice sushi. But first time seen will charge 10%service charge.
Great food but my God Hell Ramen burns the outside of the mouth. Amazing service and atmosphere!
