I attended a macaron making class over the weekend and had a great experience! We started by trying one of the store's macarons, I chose the cookies and cream flavor. Carlos then guided us through the process for the first half of the class. We then got to mix the dough, pipe it onto the baking sheet, and add the filling ourselves. The macarons turned out fantastic, we made the raspberry and cream flavor. I had a wonderful time and highly recommend this class. Carlos made it seem so easy, now I just need to replicate it at home.
I'm yet to try the namesake macarons here but I was lucky enough to get my hands on one of the famous 36 hour chocolate chip cookies. I'd heard about these for a whole and wasn't disappointed. A crunchy on the outside yet soft on the inside cookie packed with lots of chocolate. Tasty but a little bit pricey when it's really just a cookie in the end. Tbh my mum bakes better choc chip ones at home. But she's hard to beat :p
Had a great few hours with Carlos learning the art and science of macaron making. Good fun and easy to do but hard to do well! We are inspired and bought a few things to have a bash at home. The macarons here of course, are delicious and now I know a well made one from a wannabe, I have a new found respect for the effort it takes. The makmaks were truly amazing. I usually don't like macarons, but these ones completely blew me away. The texture and flavors were exceptional and really stood out to me.
I tried several flavors including Nutella, Cookies and Cream, Blueberry, Raspberry Shortcake Cheesecake, Fairy Bread, Strawberry Almond, and my favorite, Mango and Passionfruit.

One of the best macaroons that I’ve try by far.<br/ All flavour was amazing!<br/ Peanut butter flavour, when you teeth sink into this little piece of goodness, you know it’s peanut butter flavour, it’s so real! <br/ Same goes to strawberries, Jasmine and matcha.<br/
Loving the desserts here. Had the choc cookies and they're salty instead of sweet, it's a nice change. The macarons have just the right amount of sweetness and it not overly sickening sweet. Take your pick, there's a lot of flavours to choose from.
I absolutely adore macarons, and this restaurant creates a delightful cream-filled version that just melts in your mouth. I will definitely be returning soon just to grab some more of these delicious treats. Lovely!
No only are their macarons great but they have the best cookies in Sydney. As their sign say and you know the cookies are pretty darn good.When going in for the macaron make sure you also get their cookies

We got our first box of mak mak cookies as a gift during Christmas and we’re hoooked! Since then we’ve been pigging out and gifting to family these whenever we can. Any excuse to have more!
The customer service at this place is excellent. Dealt with a guy named (Carlos? over the phone and he was very accomodating and helped me out with my requests.
